Marion B. Bayers, Client Relations Manager – Human Resource and PCG Divisions

Marion Bayers possesses over 20 years of human resource management experience encompassing policy and procedural development, benefits administration, safety/loss control, recruiting, training, evaluation/needs assessment, and legal compliance.

Highlights of Marion’s career prior to joining Leading Edge Financial Group include:

		Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Central Florida in business management; graduated Magna cum laude
		Executive level Director of Human Resources at the Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa
		Private Human Resource consultant and business owner of Business Basics
		Current member of the Lee County Human Resources Management Association, the Society for Human Resource Management and Florida Health Underwriters

Marion’s role with Leading Edge Financial Group is threefold:

		Provide comprehensive Human Resource support to members of our Private Client Group
		Ensure that our motto, “For the Best, By the Best!” holds true in all services provided to our Private Client Group members
		Management of day-to-day agency operations

Marion is a native Floridian. She is married and has two teenage daughters. She enjoys the beach and travel and spending time with her family.

Kerri M. Sisson, Employee Benefits Consultant

Kerri received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications from the University of South Florida in 2003. Shortly thereafter, she returned to Fort Myers to pursue a career in her father’s business, Leading Edge.

During her first year with the firm, Kerri acquired her Florida Life and Health license and became active in the local community. She is currently a member of National Health Underwriters and very involved with The Greater Ft. Myers Chamber of Commerce.

As an Employee Benefits Consultant, Kerri supervises the following aspects of LEFG:

		Marketing and Financial Analysis
		Enrollment Meetings and Communication
		Post-Enrollment Follow Up
		Voluntary and Ancillary Product Knowledge
		Web Site Administration
		Claims and Billing

She is excited about the opportunity to pursue new business and help grow the Company. She brings to our office a new enthusiasm and the fresh perspective of youth.

Kerri is a Ft. Myers native. She married her husband Robert on February 5, 2005. They enjoy fishing, camping, boating, diving and spending time with their families.

Janette M. L’Heureux, R.H.U. – Senior Benefit Consultant

Janette L’Heureux is the newest member of the Leading Edge Financial Group team. She joins our organization with a wealth of experience gained over the past 15 years in Southwest Florida. In her changing roles over the years, Janette has developed a thorough understanding of our marketplace. Her continuous focus on the future is a natural fit with the progressive, cutting edge philosophy of Leading Edge.

		Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin in business management majoring in Personnel Management
		Registered Health Underwriter certification from the American College in Bryn Mawr Pennsylvania
		Career agent with IRMS for 7 years
		Current member of the Human Resource Management Association, National Health Underwriters, and Hospitality Financial & Technology Professionals
		Active volunteer with The United Way, Meals on Wheels Lee County, and The National Alliance on Mental Illness

Janette continues to be known among her colleagues as a compassionate and caring listener who always puts her client’s needs first. She is a tenacious and creative problem solver, and has a team player attitude. Her sense of humor and practical jokes keep spirits soaring in the office environment.

Janette married Bruce in 1993 and they have two children; Joshua and Lauren. For fun Janette and her family enjoy trips to the mountains of North Carolina, bowling and spending family time together.
